About

Hi, I’m Nicole.

I’m a wife, mom of four girls, storyteller, and former school counselor/youth director who has always believed there’s more going on beneath the surface than we first notice.

For years I wrote about ordinary life on Nicole Beholds. Looking back, I can see those stories were always pointing toward something bigger. They weren’t just about motherhood, marriage, or everyday moments—they were about the questions underneath them.

Eventually those questions became conversations.

And those conversations became Things We Don’t Say.

Today I use stories from everyday life to explore purpose, relationships, faith, and the moments that quietly shape who we’re becoming. My hope isn’t to have all the answers. It’s simply to notice what we often miss—and invite you to do the same.

A few things about me you should know…

  • I ask too many questions.
  • I laugh loudly.
  • I believe some of the best conversations start with curiosity.
  • My best ideas usually start on a scrap piece of paper.
  • I love honest conversations.
  • I’m convinced ordinary moments tell extraordinary stories.
  • Coffee first. Always.

Whether you’ve been here since the Nicole Beholds days or you just found the podcast yesterday, I’m really glad you’re here.

I hope these stories help you slow down, notice more, and feel a little less alone.
